Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a one on one tailored treatment for various mental health conditions with speciality focus on men’s mental health, grief counseling, and psychedelic integration.  Kian has experience in working with those challenged with : 

  • Major depressive disorders, bipolar, and mood disorders, 

  • Anxiety disorders including panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias.  

  • Personality disorders 

  • Complex post traumatic stress disorders (cPTSD) 

  • Complex grief and loss, end of life or terminal illness 

  • Psychedelic integration (intentional process of understanding and embodying insights gained from non-ordinary states of consciousness)

Kian also has education on working with military service members and military families. 

Sessions can be in person or virtual at your discretion.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki treatments or Bio-field therapy using Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki is offered for various ailments.

  • Mental & Emotional Health: Helping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief.

  • Chronic Pain & Physical Discomfort: Alleviating headaches and migraines, back pain, and symptoms of fibromyalgia or arthritis.

  • Medical Treatment Support: Easing the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, such as nausea and fatigue.

  • Recovery: Speeding up wound healing and supporting recovery after surgery or injury.

  • Sleep & Energy: Improving sleep quality for those with insomnia and boosting overall energy levels.

Please note that Reiki is a complementary therapy, meaning it is used alongside standard medical care rather than as a replacement for it.
